Agreement to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to every visit to the MedicsMate website, along with its forms, accounts and related messages (together, the Site). Browsing the Site, opening an account or sending information through it means these terms are accepted.

Anyone who does not accept these terms should not use the Site.

What the Site Provides

MedicsMate offers general educational content and personal guidance meant to help people understand Medicare choices, including Original Medicare, Medicare Advantage, prescription drug coverage and Medicare Supplement policies.

  • MedicsMate is not a government agency and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the federal Medicare program.
  • Nothing on the Site guarantees eligibility, pricing or the availability of a particular plan.
  • Benefits, costs and networks are set by the carriers that offer each plan and can change without notice.

Who May Use the Site

The Site is meant for residents of the United States who are at least eighteen years old.

  • Information given when creating an account must be true, current and complete.
  • Account holders are responsible for keeping their login details private.
  • Anything done through an account is the responsibility of the person who holds it.
  • MedicsMate may suspend or close any account that appears to break these terms.

Emails and Text Messages

Submitting a form and choosing the matching consent options means agreeing to receive emails and text messages from MedicsMate about the request made and, where selected, about Medicare plan options and offers.

Message frequency varies, and standard message and data rates may apply. Replying STOP ends text messages, and replying HELP returns support details. Agreeing to receive messages is never a condition of any purchase.

Rules for Using the Site

Users agree that they will not:

  • Provide false details, or details that belong to another person without their permission
  • Try to reach accounts, systems or data they are not authorized to access
  • Disrupt the security or normal running of the Site
  • Copy, scrape or resell material from the Site for commercial gain
  • Use the Site for any purpose that violates applicable law

Not Professional Advice

Material on the Site and guidance shared through it is general in nature. It is not medical, legal, tax or financial advice and should not replace advice from a licensed professional who knows the full situation. Every final coverage decision belongs to the individual making it.

Carriers and Outside Websites

The Site may mention or link to insurance carriers, government resources and other outside websites. MedicsMate has no control over those parties and is not responsible for their content, products, prices or privacy practices. Any contract with a carrier exists only between the user and that carrier.

The text, graphics, logos and design of the Site belong to MedicsMate or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. Content may be viewed for personal, noncommercial purposes only and may not be copied or shared without written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and everything on it are provided as is and as available. MedicsMate makes no promises, express or implied, about the accuracy, completeness, reliability or suitability of the content, and does not guarantee that the Site will run without interruption or error.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, MedicsMate is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses that result from using the Site, relying on its content or making decisions about Medicare coverage.

Arbitration and Governing Law

Disputes connected to these terms or to the Site will be settled through binding individual arbitration instead of in court, unless the law requires otherwise. Class actions and class arbitrations are not allowed, although qualifying claims may still be brought in small claims court. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.

Updates to These Terms

MedicsMate may revise these terms at any time. A revised version takes effect as soon as it appears on this page with a new updated date, and continued use of the Site after that means the revised terms are accepted.
